Juliet is a highly experienced senior communication adviser, with particular experience in change management and internal communications.  

In her career at ANZ, Telecom and Victoria University, she has consistently developed and implemented strategies that have prioritised staff as being central to organisational success. 

Prior to joining Ideas Shop, Juliet was an internal communications manager at NZ Post and was responsible for developing strategy and resources to communicate strategic, cultural and structural change. 

In her 11 years in Corporate Affairs, she has held roles including external communications, stakeholder relations, corporate sustainability, government relations and event management.  She has acted as trusted adviser to CEOs and senior leaders in a number of large New Zealand organisations. 

Juliet has a BA in Art History and a Diploma in Museum Studies so loves being based among Wellington's cultural richness…"Coolest little Capital in the World"!
